What a Christmas! We headed out to Monahans first to have xmas with mom, grandma, Will, Pam, and Kylie, and Haroldine got there in time too. Abigail's first xmas was great. All she did was pull off bows and eat her packages but it was fun.
Mom got Abigail and Kylie matching outfits so we had to take pictures.
We were not cooperating very well at first.
So we gave them something to play with.
Well one bow and two girls doesn't go over well.
Abby was quite the bully.
And when their patience was wearing thin, I heard Abigail lean over and whisper "If we both smile at the same time, maybe the photo shoot will be over."
"Ready, 1, 2, 3, smile"
Christmas eve we got up to head home and somehow missed the news bulletin of the blizzard, so it took us 18 hours to make a trip that usually takes 7 hours. Abby was a trooper.
Yes, I got her out of the carseat. We were going 1 mph most of the time.
So we made it home and had xmas and Santa at our house xmas eve.
Then we drove to Grandma and Granddad's xmas day where she
got her first pony. It's really cute, it bobs its head and whinnies.
We took her outside to get some pictures in the snow, just in case that's the
only snow she sees for awhile.
THen we finally made it back to the house for some rest and relaxation.
